Commitment of Care

We believe that care is so much more than simply catering for your basic needs. Although practical, our philosophy is to provide a home from home environment where everyone is cared for and treated with the utmost respect, irrespective of any disabilities and consciously meeting all cultural and religious needs.

Our residential care home services and care provision are always built around our four key principles:

Respect
We respect all of our resident’s individual choices whether that’s joining in all activities or simply joining in as and when you feel like it. We want you to enjoy your life to the full in whatever capacity you choose.
Independence
Just because you need a little extra care doesn’t mean that you have to lose your identity and independence. We encourage self-sufficiency should you want this.
Freedom
It’s your life! Nothing changes that, so residents in our home choose when they want to do something and when they don’t.
Individuality
We understand that you have had an extensive past and that this forms an important part of your future with us, so we are really happy to get you know you as an individual.

Our Staff

Relax in the knowledge that you really are in safe hands, our staff are caring for our residents because they have a genuine interest in their wellbeing. Their professional skills are developed through intensive training programmes, and our highly experienced Care Manager closely monitors their performance. They also have personalities too! They like to laugh with residents, share stories and join in with the odd game or two. All staff are checked via the Criminal Records Bureau before employment.
